TRUST IN YOUTH

As lead education consultant within a creative agency, Gemma worked with schools and colleges across the UK, developing engaging marketing strategies for senior education leaders. The agency also had a large portfolio of commercial clients, including Universal, Honda and M&S, all of whom were increasingly seeking support on how to effectively engage with young people.

 

Gemma understood the benefit of student insight, and through her extensive network of teachers and students, set up the successful Trust in Youth advisory board. By engaging young people in the creative process, Gemma and the team went on to develop multiple award-winning education programmes.

 

Whilst organisations benefitted from authentic content creation and insight, the students benefitted from:

  • Developed strong employability skills
  • Mentoring opportunities
