As a first-generation university student, I began my career inspiring young people from diverse backgrounds and later developed award-winning outreach programmes for leading UK businesses. I then joined the UK’s largest optical employer as their early careers specialist, helping hundreds of business owners transform recruitment through school engagement — with many students progressing to become fully qualified professionals.

Seeing the transformative power of this approach, I founded Early Insight to make it accessible to organisations of all sizes, ultimately leading to the creation of our flagship talent platform for the optical sector, Into Optics®. You can learn more about the Into Series™ here.
